ArchIndy Vox – “The Church in Our Time: What Vatican II Means for Everyday Catholics”

ArchIndy Vox podcast logoThe first episode of a new 16-episode ArchIndy Vox podcast series titled “The Church in Our Time: What Vatican II Means for Everyday Catholics” was launched on Spotify on July 1.

Hosted by Ken Ogorek, executive director of the archdiocesan Secretariat for Evangelizing Catechesis, the podcast focuses on Vatican II’s landmark document “Dei Verbum” (“The Word of God”), which is also known as the “Dogmatic Constitution on Divine Revelation.”

Joining Ogorek are archdiocesan director of youth ministry Rachel Gilman and Scripture scholar Dr. John Bergsma, co-author of Bible Basics for Catholics. Together they explore what the document is about and why it is important to everyday Catholics.
